We do not allow using our VPN service for any kind of illegal actions – carding, spam and hacking. We reserve the right to terminate, without warning, any account that violates this policy. Usage of services constitutes acceptance and understanding of this policy.

Terms of Service

These are the terms of service you are agreeing to by enrolling in and/or using the services of MYUSVPN.com. It is only under these conditions that MYUSVPN.com allows users to use their systems.

MYUSVPN.com is NOT a service for the commission of criminal acts. It is an anonymity and privacy service. You agree not to violate any laws of any jurisdiction you are originating from, or terminating into. It is the responsibility of you the user to know and understand any and all relevant laws pertaining to any venue or jurisdiction that concerns you and/or your actions. MYUSVPN.com will not be held liable in any way shape or form for actions done by it’s users including criminal liability, and civil liability for damages realized or not realized beyond any monies paid to MYUSVPN.com for it’s services by a specific individual.

You agree to protect your user id/password and our system from unauthorized use. You are responsible for all actions that occur on MYUSVPN.com where the login uses your user id/password.

You agree not to use the system for sending spam, port scanning, scanning for open proxies or open relays, sending opt-in email, unsolicited email or any type or version of email sent in large quantities even if the email is ultimately sent off of another server. You agree not to launch any pop-ups from our service. You agree not to attack in any way shape or form any other computer or network while on our service.

You agree not to share or give your user/password to others.

MYUSVPN.com. it’s owners, agents, employees and others involved with MYUSVPN.com are not in any way shape or form liable for any damages of any sort realized or not realized resulting from or through the use of or arising from the use of or inability to use the MYUSVPN.com services pertaining to any registered user.
MYUSVPN.com can not and does not guarantee uninterrupted service. In any event MYUSVPN.com shall never be liable for any monetary damages beyond what the user paid to MYUSVPN.com and this will not include court costs or attorney fees irrespective of any statues or laws that may be interpreted otherwise. This is our binding agreement when you agree to these terms of service.

MYUSVPN.com may terminate any user for violating terms of service immediately without notice or refund or suspend the account pending investigation, clarification or comment from the user. If your account is suspended (access denied) you must contact us to see if the situation can be rectified. We will wait a reasonable period of time before we permanently close a users account and shut down all billing. Since we do not require a email address from users it is the responsibility of the user to contact us by email with your username and password

Criminal Activity – Any user who commits any of the following criminal actions: credit card fraud, use of stolen credit cards, bank fraud, PayPal fraud, ebay fraud, e-gold fraud, fraud concerning any other online payment processor, mail fraud, blackmail, extortion, kidnapping, murder, rape, sale of stolen goods, sale of stolen credit cards, operating websites or sending email to conduct identity theft, phishing, pharming, hacking, spamming of any form in, on or through our service using any of our resources sacrifices any and all legal rights to privacy, protection, confidentiality, reasonable or fair treatment, and anything else as a user of our service one could normally expect.

This is the whole agreement. From time to time MYUSVPN.com may post a new terms of service that will become binding and it is the responsibility of the users to periodically check for new Terms of Service.
